Plastics
Our 3D plastic nameplates can be made from a variety of plastics: Acrylic, HIPS (polystyrene), ABS. Different grades of materials are also available Hi-Temp, Food Grade, Flexible, and UV protected.
Color
Since the color is molded into the part, it stays there and holds up better especially if your product is intended for outdoor applications. We can match your PMS color, so you get exactly what you are looking for in your nameplate.
We also provide a wide variety of foils for your nameplate that can add the needed color or look. Whether it is white, chrome or some exotic foil we have the expertise to give you the look you want.
If your part has a flat surface and needs to be screen printed, our in-house screen printing division can handle your needs. Our screen printers average 25 years of experience in the industry.
Textures
Since its molded into the part, texturing is very economical and can give your part a unique look. Metal nameplates are often etched through expensive processes which have to be repeated each time the nameplate is produced. This can lead to an inconsistent finish and delays due to extra processes.
Form
Your Plastic nameplate can be form fitted and truly appear as one with the product. Plastic nameplates provide an aesthetic appeal that will project a quality product. Our molds are less expensive then the dies needed to create complicated forming in metal.
